Boiler went out for 13 days in January. We were in sub-zero temperatures. Management kept saying the part was "coming." Then a pipe burst. Still has mold in the basement. Unacceptable.
Winter maintenance is the problem here. They know the boiler is old and haven't upgraded it. Mold in the basement affects air quality building-wide.
My unit has been okay. I heard about the heating issues from neighbors. Rent is fair for RiNo.
